Our response is dependent on the urgency of the situation, if there’s a fault that might cause a risk to your safety – for example a sparkling fuse box that could result in a fire – we will make sure to be on the scene as soon as possible before the situation escalates. However, if your request is a faulty plug socket repair then your need for emergency assistance may not be as high, either way we will always work to a time that suits you.
